Please remember that payments are due by 5:00 p.m. on the due date.  Payments made later than that time of day will not prevent a penalty being applied to your account. 

Payments scheduled online for after the cutoff date of the 25th will not prevent your water from being shut off or your account being charged a reconnect fee.

If paying by auto-pay, please schedule it to pay between the 4th and the 15th.  This system will try to process your payment ONCE.  If your card provider denies payment, then you will need to manually pay your bill through a separate process step.
