Please remember that payments are due by 5:00 p.m. on the due date. Payments made later than that time of day will not prevent a penalty being applied to your account.
If paying by auto-pay, please schedule it to pay between the 3rd and the 15th. This system will try to process your payment ONCE. If your card provider denies payment, then you will need to manually pay your bill through a separate process step.
